—

Love like a behaviour. Not a feeling.

The new testament was written in his majority in Greek. And the Greeks had many words to describe the love. One of his forms was Agapé and his corresponding verb Agapaó.
This is the unconditional love, without demanding anything in exchange. It is the love of the choice.

Most of the persons have a bad conception of the love. Very often it is seen only as a feeling that few ones understand well the meaning. When its said to love the near one, it is not an order to feel compassion with others and so to have a loving Behaviour towards others. To love others as to itself is to behave regarding others with the respect that should be reciprocal.

A love only sentimental has no usefulness, its is in the movements of life that love is realized.
Feelings are very vague. Behaviours are actions.

Loving is to act!

Loving is to be patient (to have self-control), kind (to be thoughtful, stimulating), humble (to be authentic), respectfully (they all are important), generously (to help others), forgiver (to understand other), honest (to be free of mistake) and compromised (to support his choices).
Those are the same Skills that form a leader with Authority.

Leading is To Love!

—

What did Gandhi, Jesus, Nun Teresa, Martin Luther King had in common?

The capacity of leadership of all these figures was marked by a characteristic: The lack of power.
They all came from a poor origin, without resources, without political or financial power.
However all of they produced great revolutions in thier respective segments! How?

Most of the persons believe that to change the life of others or their own life, it is necessary to have great powers, great conquests, only so they will have their opinion heard.
What these great leaders taught is that very often Authority is bigger than Power.

Max Weber defined power as the probability of an actor situated inside a social relation to be in a position of allowing other to do his will, in spite of finding resistance.
The authority is already a legitimate kind of power. It is the skill of taking the persons to do from good will his own will under his personal influence.

Gandhi, Jesus, Nun Teresa, Martin Luther King were managing to influence those around for their skills of leadership.

People in general only crop honest persons, that gives good example, cares, compromised, that are good listeners, that conquer their confidence, respect, help, be positive and like the human being.
The great leader has these Skills!

So, Everyone has the chance to influence even without power, even beginning from nothing.

O Amor Guia. A Prudência Ilumina.

—

To be Rational or Emotional? Human being tende to be extremist and therefore always tries itself to be defined as a rational or emotional.

The Rational generally they are linked to the exact areas, understand that by work with linearities and certainties, the life should follow their calculations, be a constant and cold line and every step should be very well studied before. There is not space for fragilities or feelings, that is fruit of a weak mind that is not evolved.

The Emotional generally they are linked to the arts, walk with the philosophy of the “let the life lead me” and has rarely some certainty in the life. And they prefer not to. They believe that the life is a big endless curve, a circle that never ends. Planning or studying something deep does not make sense, that is fruit of too evolved minds that lost the fundamental feelings of the life.

What the majority of the persons do not understand is that exists a gray point between that white/black duality.

Being Love is necessary, because is the Love that takes us where we want, is the environment that is going to make us understand which are our goals and dreams. Having a dream is living with Love.

However the Love does not walk alone. He HAS a companion that complete it perfect. The Prudence is a Love chosen with sagacity. It is the Prudence that is going to show us the roads to achieve our dreams and determine which dreams we should have in each phase of our lives.

Walk with the feet in the ground and the head in the heavens.

Those that are going to ally the Rationalism and the Emotionalism understand that both are not opposite thing, but complementray ones.

—

EVERYTHING in the life are relationships. What really differentiates us of the animals is our capacity to communicate and to build culture. The point were we become humans is the fact that we relate.

Despite of the growing computerization of the life, more and more the world is of the humans. Those who know how to deal with humans, who will know how to deal with the relationships, will have success. In any segment of life. Courtship, work, friendship, family. The ones that will remain is the ones that did not come back to the condition of animals or that did not become robots at all.

The leaders, those that are going to do the difference in the present world are those that dominate the art of relationship. It is an complicated art because human being is very complex. To understand the emotions, feelings and thoughts of another one person is a virtue to be acquired. We barely know what is passed in own minds, to put yourself in the place of the another and understand the attitudes is yet more difficult. But it is not impossible. It is part of the challenge of living.

The Virtuous one is the one that is going to make the relationships. They are the ones that do not possess prejudice neither shame of the attitudes that he should do. It is the one that analyzes all the controllable variables or not of a situation. The Virtuous one knows what he want, how to do it and does.

The Human is the new leader. He admits all the inherent imperfections to everybody and knows that a robot never knows that *To dare is to do.

—

All myth is transformed. It is able to be transformed in a variant of the same or in another completely different myth.

When it occurs the change of the primitive formula, we be able to say that the myth progress for beyond the period of training in that the distinctive characters of the myth remain still recognizable.

It is where the myth conserves its complexion. A secluded concept of the musical language.

The complexion is where resides the arrangement of spirit. The character. Everything in the world has its own complexion.

From that period, the myth is extenuated. From over there it can follow two ways: The romanesque elaboration and the reuse for ends of historical legitimation. Of that historical legitimation, is able to be followed two kinds: Retrospective, to found a traditional order for a remote future; or Prospective, for make this past the beginning of a future that begins to design itself.

Everything in our life functions this way. From our character, we are always in constant ttransformation, be in variants of the ours own personality or creating an entirely new one, depending on the situation. And the transformations can be for the past or for the future.

The myth is the representation of the society and of ours own anxieties.
